Healthy Extras are a fantastic feature of the slimming world plan and in my opinion, are the key to Slimming World’s success. They ensure we have enough fibre and calcium in our diets, and also happen to unlock options that most slimming plans tend to steer clear of - Carbs and Dairy.

It can be easy enough to get into a routine with your healthy extras, with many of us sticking to the usual cereal bars or sandwich. In this post, I list a couple of new discoveries that can be enjoyed for your healthy extra B options, which will hopefully give you some inspiration for shaking things up.

Lizi’s Granola

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but Lizi’s Granolas have a lot of potential for an any-time-of-the-day snack - particularly the Belgian chocolate one! For your healthy B choice, you can have 30g of any of the above flavours - Belgian Chocolate, Macadamia and Mango, or Treacle and Pecan.
