Flawless stay with exceptional service from your the staff. We certainly felt the family atmosphere and witnessed everyone go way above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Booked with AMEX FHR (also Hilton Diamond) and was upgraded to a Twin Bay view suite. Outstanding breakfast buffet, in-room dining and evening co*cktail service at the executive lounge. Excellent location close to Ginza and Imperial Palace and Tokyo Station, with easy access to transportation. Very highly recommended.

Amazing property. Service is excellent throughout. Rooms have some great views. Breakfast was quite nice. Bathroom had heated floors! Shower pressure was amazing. Every option and amenity you can think of was in the room and bathroom. Did not get a chance to check out the pool or spa but I am sure it would have been good.

As with any Conrad, you will not be disappointed. Great and helpful staff, including an awesome concierge who helped me figure out the bullet train so well that I was booking and rescheduling train tickets like it was second nature. They were very accommodating for my wife, my two young children (ages 1 and 3), and myself. Even gave us special accommodations during dining and breakfast, to let the kids have some space and eat without disturbing others. Taxis are almost always ready and the staff is always a pleasure to see.During our stay, we took one night away to go to a Ryoken. My son kept saying, "I want to go back to the good hotel." By good hotel, he meant the Conrad- and everybody knows that kids are brutally honest at this early age.

I recently stayed 5 nights at Conrad Tokyo and had an exceptional experience. The professionalism of the staff stood out from the moment we arrived, with warm greetings and genuine smiles throughout our stay. The attention to detail by the housekeeping team was impressive, exemplified by the personalized touch of placing a bottle of water beside the bed at around 6pm. The Executive lounge area was delightful, with friendly staff and a luxurious atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to the subway made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend Conrad Tokyo for anyone seeking a luxury experience with impeccable service.

Maybe if I hadn’t stay in Conrad Osaka before, I would give this place a pass but honestly, it was way too disappointing for me.I just checked out on New Year’s so yes it was extremely crowded and busy last night. I was able to check-in at 2PM, but no late check outs or upgrades. I should have chosen my room on the 36th floor when I had the chance through the app because when I asked during check-in, the staff told me they were fully booked. No high floor and not even to a bay view room, which is not true because if I were to pay money or extra points on the spot, there would be 1 available. I guess management decided that would be the case for everyone since it was going to be a busy day. Fine. The service was for the most point, friendly and professional, except a staff member at the lounge who saw my partner drop a piece of dessert on the floor and then looked away and when another staff came to my partner with a plate, she didn’t say anything despite the fact my partner apologized. Just a little unprofessional but I guess it was because they were busy. I would still give them credit for working so hard and efficiently during the New Year’s. I had to wait for 20 minutes for breakfast even though it was near the end of it. They have lobster omelette which I’ve never seen before and was quite tasty. I think in terms of variety, Tokyo>Osaka, but in terms of quality, Osaka>Tokyo. However, the room itself was such a letdown. A big let down. It just looks so worn out. All the wooden furniture looked so rough, the fridge was old, the sink was clogging with just 5 seconds of running water because it made the sink drain slowly, but what I was most upset about was finding specs of dust and what appears to be pubic hair in the bathtub. Had the tub been washed, it would not have been there. I don’t think it was cleaned at all which ruined the night since I wanted to take a bath. However, I am not going to be the one cleaning it, but neither did I wanted to be “that” person complaining on NYE so I didn’t say anything but I am suspecting they didn’t do a thorough job in cleaning/inspecting the room because the mouthwash and green tea only had 1 of each, instead of 2 (like the oolong and earl grey)It’s not Conrad’s fault that a foreigner was speaking loudly and was probably drunk in the hallways at 4:30 in the morning, but I do think the walls are way toooo thin. The obnoxious foreigner was down the hallway but I heard her like she was next door to me. Speaking of next door, I was also able to hear their conversation as I was getting the card keys to my own room. I did not enjoy my sleep at all. Also, at 11:58AM, 2 minutes before checkout, I already had someone knocking on my door asking to clean the room. If I was late, I would understand but rushing guests before the check-out time is a big no no even at 3 star hotels. Not to mention, since they force everyone to check out at the same time, I waited 5 minutes for an elevator since it was full of people leaving.Service was good but the amenities and the hard product isn’t worth it for what you’re paying for.

This is a 5 star resort that lives up to its rating. The rooms are large especially by Tokyo standards, well appointed, and the staff is absolutely magnificent! Kudos to Eugene and Hiro for making our stay extra special. The service is over the top and made us feel like they were happy to host us. The amenities and facilities are clean, nice and accessible. The breakfast was also definitely a nice perk included. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Conrad could not have been more wonderful. Staff is top notch. Kind and welcoming. Rooms are spotless every time we walked out. Views from the room and also from Executive Lounge are gorgeous.Do not skip on their breakfast. What a spread of delicious food. The buffet and ordered food was all phenomenal. They offer hot and iced coffees that are fresh brew quality.Tip: Definitely book the largest size bed they have, though, they are small to US/European sizes. The AC was fabulously strong- best we had in all of Japan.Close proximity to train station (approx 3 min walk). 7-11 across the street for snacks (about 4min walk).Very very best views of Tokyo were right from our hotel! Thank you all for a relaxing, beautiful stay. We would not plan on staying anywhere else when we revisit Tokyo.

Best hotel experience of my life. The breakfast was delicious, the evening lounge access was the best I’ve experienced and the concierge was so helpful-every place they recommended was memorable and fit exactly what I was looking for. The rooms are immaculate and we had an amazing view of the bay right above the garden.

Possibly one of the most luxurious hotels in Tokyo. Vincent (from Taiwan) at front desk started the entire stay in an amazing attentive fashion. He upgraded us to a Deluxe room on the 31st floor, overlooking the bay. The rooms are amazing with every comfort you can dream of plenty of extra space to enjoy. The beds were SO comfortable, the fabrics dreamy, the bathrooms a marble paradise, and yes robes, pajamas and slippers were provided for your use during your stay. The quality of the food and the setting offered good value, especially the Chinese restaurant and the breakfast buffet, just delightful.Truly a wonderful hotel experience. Definitely the attention to detail was par excellence!

I must say the duck and the bear has won part of my affection. Friendly, attentive and welcoming multi-lingual services at the check-in counter. Spacious reception area and intriguing city view in Tokyo. Small lounge area with only a few selections. However, the location is within close proximity to various city attractions. The room is relatively standard, but comparatively big. I’ll always remember my experience in this Conrad. 💕

From the moment I stepped into the Conrad Tokyo, I knew my stay was going to be something special. The hotel’s attention to detail and guest comfort was evident in every aspect, from the luxurious amenities to the beautifully designed rooms. The executive lounge was a highlight, offering an exclusive and relaxing space that truly enhanced my experience. What set Conrad Tokyo apart for me was the exemplary service. The staff was not just friendly and efficient, but they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The location of the hotel is stunning, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere that’s hard to find in the bustling city of Tokyo. It served as the perfect backdrop for my trip, adding an element of beauty and tranquility. The cherry on top was the complimentary room upgrade, which made my trip even more special. It was a delightful surprise that exemplified the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction.I wholeheartedly recommend Conrad Tokyo to anyone visiting the city. Whether it’s for business or leisure, this hotel promises a top-notch experience that will make your trip unforgettable. My stay here was nothing short of exceptional, and I look forward to returning to this amazing hotel in the future.

I stayed here, November 2023 for a week with the family. There was some great things about this property. it well-maintained, despite its age it's in a very good location and it has fantastic views. . The food is also of a high standard. The service staff and the room attendance both did an impeccable job. There were, however, some shortcomings during the visit, including recognition of Hilton membership status. There was also another issue with the general lack of enough service staff in the food service areas and this was very obvious throughout the stay consistently both in the downstairs breakfast area and also the executive lounge. The staff you had on shift were working, extremely hard to do their best, but you simply didn't have enough of them. There were large queues of people, and I had to repeatedly ask for food to be replenished, both in the executive lounge and the buffet. The executive lounge was also in a bit of a state with many tables, not cleared simply because the staff were not enough in numbers to be able to manage the volume of customers. This is not something that I find acceptable for the price, the hotel is charging and the service level that I was expecting. There is an image attached here that shows this in the executive lounge as evidence.I would look at staying at this hotel again, but you seriously need to review your staffing levels for the price that you are charging, especially after I just came from the Conrad in Osaka where I did not experience this issue at all, and they were also extremely busy

Simply amazing. The attention to detail was just next level. My suite had a breath taking view of Tokyo Bay and the staff was very accommodating and very conversational. I highly recommend staying here whether it's for special occasions or simple leisure.

My family and I arrived for a 7-day stay at Conrad Tokyo. The last time we were in Tokyo, we stayed at the Hilton, so I was looking forward to staying here. The check-in process was fast and we were up in our connecting rooms with no issues. The rooms were clean and the furniture was not worn. The beds were comfortable and the linens were very clean. There was no mold in the bathroom and it was all spotless. The view from the room was also incredible. While the room had no issues, the main problem with the hotel was that they seemed short-staffed. We were informed that if we wanted to access the Executive Lounge, we would have to make an appointment which we did that evening. Once we got to the lounge, there was a line to get in and once in, all the food items were empty. As soon as one tray was brought out, people would get 3 or 4 of them and the tray would empty quickly. The breakfast in the restaurant was not much better with regard to service. It took 10-15 minutes for a latte or hot drink. Food was very slow to come out and it was faster to try and get it yourself from the buffet. The hard product here is fantastic, but I hope they are able to get through the staffing issues so the service is on par with what I would expect from a Conrad hotel.

One of the best Conrad hotels we stayed. The quintessential Japanese hospitality was evident the moment you registered with the hotel. Noticing we were new, the helpful receptionist spent over 20 mins to explain everything about the hotel and the area. The room was immaculate as it can be. We also had the best buffet breakfast we have ever had. Overall we felt very relaxed and enjoyed our stay.

My family and me had three-night stays at Conrad Tokyo. All the staffs including Shigimura-San (sorry, don't remember exactly) at the front were exceptional and very attentive. Due to our wedding anniversary, he provided us with a room upgrade to the top floor. Bay view was great and breakfast/afternoon tea was also delightful. should mention about housekeeping, which was the best I have ever seen. hope to come back some time later

Loved our stay, been to Tokyo a few times and this is now my new favourite hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. The service, location and rooms are excellent. The pool and amenities in the spa are world class. Concierge also got us a reservation at the finest sushi spot I’ve ever been to, we were the only non-Japanese at the counter and even the chef owner asked how we found it 🤣 fabulous job to all and team, look forward to returning.

Everything was so elegant and beautiful. The services were thoughtful and professional, and staffs were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at Conrad so much. I loved the Byredo products they put in the bathroom, and Mojave Ghost happens to be one of my favorites. Especially impressed by the breakfast buffet, so many varieties and the food was just amazing. Will totally book Conrad again next time I’m in Tokyo.

Nice, cosy and comfortable hotel. I definitely felt home and welcome by the friendly staff. The restaurant offers great breakfast and food, with incredible views over the Tokyo Bay area. Drinks menu was not necessarily my favorite though.

This hotel is just the best. First class in everything . The staff is so friendly and our guest relations person Peter is the best. We were treated so well here. The food is outstanding.. I cant say enough great things about this hotel and staff. Its great and Peter made our stay exceptional. Higjly recommend staying here.

Amazing to start. Although it took us a minute to find the hotel from shimbashi station it turned out to be amazing. Pro tip: take the tunnels and follow the signs to the escalator. The location was perfect. The breakfast was amazing. Only thing that is hard to get use to is how warm common areas can be in Japan.

Currently staying here now and this hotel is amazing the pictures don’t do justice. The restaurants are top notch and service is impeccable. Close walk to the subway using the underground access. Room service cleans the rooms top to bottom. Coming back to the hotel after a long day walking makes everything more enjoyable. This is my first time visiting Japan and I’m glad I booked this hotel.
